Synopsis:
She’s athletic. She’s active. But she wants to be more adventurous! Follow host Aerial Nicole as she bikes down and around Chattanooga’s challenging Raccoon Mountain trails. She’ll go underground for an exclusive tour of the Raccoon Mountain Pumped Storage plant, a modern marvel that is built deep within the mountain. Then it’s up again as she goes paragliding for the first time. Together, the two hosts are up for a treetop adventure ropes course at Navitat in Knoxville Tennessee. Finally host Erick Baker hikes down into the gorgeous Stephens Gap Cave in northern Alabama, one of the most photographed caves in the country.
